어느 교정에 있는 화단을 겸한 벤치.

 

내 영혼이 앉거나 누울 수 있는 안식처.

차분한 그늘이 드리운 반듯한 자욱이 있는 곳.

 

낮이나 밤이나,

늘 기대어 귀기울일 수 있는 이야기를 머금고 있는 사람.
 
벤치 위의 낙엽을 쓸어 내리듯,
가벼운 세월의 짐일지라도,

나는 어서 달려가 털어주고 싶습니다.

Speaking of Thou

A shelter where my soul can seat and lie down,

has calm shadow and honest vestige.

 

Day or night,

you are the one who always wear endless words

that I long for as I lean over on you to taste those.

 

Like sweeping down fallen leaves on the bench,  

I run to you and dust it off for you,

though it’s a light burden of life.
